Wow, this place is awesome. I had responses to most of my emails
within half an hour (usually less than 10 minutes) and the rep was very
friendly and helpful. I had ordered the wrong size and the size I did
want was out of stock, but we made arrangements that were great for the
both of us.

They Emailed me right after I ordered and said that the item I had ordered was not exactly as depicted on-line (different heel height). I didnt like the discrepancy but they handled it very well. I appreciated that they checked with me and also offered me an option before processing the order. It was all handled very promptly.
