RETURN POLICY

7 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (DOES NOT INCLUDE HALLOWEEN COSTUMES OR CHRISTMAS COSTUMES) :

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it in the original packaging (Shoes and boots MUST come in their original box, with no tape, stickers, labels or markings) within 7 days from the day that you received your item. Return items must be received by us within 7 days of the day you receive it in order to be eligible for a refund (postmarked on the 7th day). Any items returned to us after the 7 day return policy will be eligible for a store credit only and we will charge a 20% restocking fee on top of that. No EXCEPTION!!!

1. Shipping charges are not refundable.

2. All sales of clearance/sale merchandise are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted, so please make sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing clearance/sale items.

3. No returns of worn, soiled, altered, smelling of smoke, body odor or damage items will be accepted.

4. Due to strict government regulations, lingerie and swimwear can not be returned or exchanged, so if you need help with sizes, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order. No returns are accepted for teddies, individual panties (includes thongs, shorts, g-strings, panties, men's underpants), pre-packaged lingerie, unopen hosiery, and wigs.

5. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns of footwear, cancelled orders, and return orders where free shipping was applied.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF HALLOWEEN & CHRISTMAS COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES:

No REFUNDS/RETURNS will be given on Halloween/Christmas costumes/shoes/accessories.

This includes all accessories (which includes and is not limited to petticoats, jewelry and shoes/boots purchased with the costumes).



Return/Exchange Instructions:

A. Carefully package the unworn items to be returned and enclose instructions indicating if you want a refund or exchange. If you want an exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like. To help us process your return, please enclose one of the following:


1. A copy of the original packing slip or
2. A copy of your order confirmation email

You are responsible for return postage and for insuring your package to guard against loss or damage. We will not be responsible for any lost returns.

C. Returns for exchange are processed 7 days from the day that we receive the return and Refunds are processed 30 days from the day that we receive the return for refund.

D. If you request a refund, we will issue a credit to your charge card. We will send you an email confirmation once this has been issued, please allow 1 billing cycle for it to be posted to your credit card account. Shipping charges are not refundable.

E. If you request an exchange, please include the item #, size, and color if applicable. If there is a balance due you, we will issue a credit to your charge card, Paypal account, or send you a check, depending on how you originally paid for your purchase. If there is a balance owed to Desire4mo.com, we will charge the same card you used for your original purchase. If you paid with Paypal, we will send you an email to ask that the funds be issued to us. You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange is shipped.

Exchanges take 7 days to process and the items you want may sell out. Instead of exchanging an item we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, before it sells out and returning your unused / unworn items for a refund. Allow an additional 5 days to receive your exchange.

Refused Shipments - All refused/unclaimed shipments will result in 20% restocking charge plus shipping cost occurred, which includes any customs fees, taxes or duties that may apply to International orders.
