SHIPPING
INFO:
We process, package and ship orders within 2-3 business days
from the date the order was placed. Your In-stock item will be shipped once the
item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is
verified. Delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during
checkout and the location of your shipping address. If the items are not in
stock and must be ordered, they will be shipped within 5-7 business days
depending on the availability of the particular item. We make every effort to
ship the purchase as soon as possible.
We use United States Postal
Service and UPS as our shipping provider. For PO Boxes & APO, orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service. All 50 United
States and US Territories will receive tracking information via e-mail once
orders are shipped provided that a valid e-mail address is given during
checkout. Tracking information is not available for APO addresses.
We
ship all packages with your privacy in mind. We ship in a plain white or brown
box. We must put our return address on the package which will read Shipping.

WILL CALL ORDERS (LOCAL CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS ONLY):
We now allow will call at our office location. In order for you to do a will call order, you will need to place your order online and specify in the notes that you want to pick this up at our office location (10141 Westminster Ave, Unit 14, Garden Grove CA 92843). We will contact you within 2-3 days to let you know when your order will be ready for pickup. Shipping charge will be credited back to your credit card for will call orders.

USPS Standard Shipping takes 5-7 business days from the ship date. Rates starting at $7.00 (depending on amount ordered). FREE for orders over $100.00.
UPS Ground Shipping takes 5-7 business days from the ship date. Rates starting at $7.00(depending on weight).
UPS 2nd Day Shipping takes 2 business day from the ship date for in-stock items only. This does not include Saturday or Sundays. Rates starting at $11.50 (depending on weight).
UPS Express Next Day Shipping takes 1 business day from the ship date for in-stock items only. This does not include Saturday or Sundays. Rates starting at $30.00(depending on weight)
